By signing up for a waarble account, you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

About waarble: waarble is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed to assist associations, clubs, community groups, and other organizations in managing memberships, teams, clubs, and events. It is owned and operated by waarble Pty Ltd (ACN: 670 619 860), an Australian corporation, hereafter referred to as "waarble." The service is accessible through the website waarble.com and its associated subdomains.

The waarble Team: This term refers to our dedicated employees, including developers, management, and support staff, who work collectively to enhance your waarble experience.

Clients and Users: Our Clients ("Clients") include various associations, clubs, and community groups that register to use waarble for managing their memberships and/or events. Members and other individuals ("Users") who interact with these organizations through waarble retain ownership of their data. While Users may associate with one or more Clients, data collected for one Client is not visible to other Clients unless explicitly shared by the User. Clients can remove Users from their association, but this action only alters the association and does not delete the actual User account. Should a User want to remove personal details from waarble software please contact waarble.

Continuous Improvement: We are committed to continually enhancing waarble. As such, the functionality of our service may evolve over time.


Key Terms


Client Accounts

  1. Trial Accounts
    • Availability: waarble offers Trial Accounts free of charge for a limited period to allow prospective Clients to evaluate our services.
    • Features: These accounts include all functionalities of a full account, with the sole exception being the ability to process payments through the system.
    • Conversion to Full Account: At any time during or after the trial period, Trial Accounts can be upgraded to a full account to access payment processing capabilities.

  3. Obtaining an Account
    • Eligibility: To be eligible for a waarble account, Clients must agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth by waarble. This includes providing true and accurate information during the signup process.
    • Account Verification: waarble reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided and to refuse service to any applicant for any reason within the bounds of applicable laws.

  5. Term of Accounts
    • Duration: There is no minimum or maximum duration for a waarble account. Clients have the flexibility to use our services for as long as they meet their needs.
    • Cancellation Policy: Clients can cancel their services at any point without penalty.

  7. Closing an Account
    • Process: Account closure can be initiated at any time by the Client in writing. Should a User wish to 'close' a membership or remove personal details from waarble, contact waarble. Note this does not remove personal data held by the Client.
    • Data Retention and Closure Date: The closure date and data retention policies will be mutually agreed upon between waarble and the Client.
    • Refunds: Any funds in the system owned by the Client will be returned within 7 days of account closure.

  9. Account and Password Security
    • Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Client and associated Users - their account passwords and any activities occurring under their account.
    • waarble's Role: waarble is committed to the security of its platform but does not have access to view Client passwords.

  11. Account Disputes
    • Resolution: In the event of a dispute over account ownership, waarble will determine the rightful owner based on the data provided at signup or any subsequent changes made in the system.
    • Government Intervention: If a legitimate government body provides proof of a different ownership, waarble will update the account details and access accordingly.

  13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    • Modification Rights: waarble reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
    • Notification: Changes will be notified by publishing on the waarble website (waarble.com), and Clients are encouraged to review the terms regularly.

waarble acts as an agent for our Client. We recommend Users review the terms and conditions of use of the community group / club / association and any other third-party software such as financial software that processes payments. waarble does not warrant or have any liability for third party's associated with waarble.
